Men's Longines Lindbergh Hour Angle in stainless steel. White enamel dial with printed Roman and Arabic numerals with gold coloured rotating centre dial. 47 mm case with rotating hour angle bezel and solid, hinged case back that opens to reveal the L699 movement through a crystal display back. Leather strap with steel buckle. The Heritage re-issue of the watch designed and built for Charles Lindbergh to use for navigating during long flights. The markings and rotating sections of the dial can, when used in conjunction with a sextant and an astronomical almanac, be used to determine longitude. This is an exact reproduction of the original and is in very good condition with its original box and a 12 month guarantee.
