Men's Rolex Milgauss in stainless steel. Matte grey dial with applied baton markers and coloured luminous. 40 mm case with screwdown Twinlock crown and case back. Second inner case in soft iron to protect the movement against magnetic fields. Automatic 3131 movement. Steel Oyster bracelet with polished centre links and machined steel clasp. The Milgauss was originally designed as the Rolex for scientists. In production from the 1950s to the late 1980s the original was never a popular model and consequently is quite rare today and commands some serious prices. Rolex re-introduced the model in 2007 and borrowed cues from the original including the distinctive lightning bolt seconds hand. The model you see here features a green coloured sapphire crystal which was a first in the industry. This Milguass is in very good condition and comes with its original box and papers and our 12 month guarantee.
